Big Bucks for Junk Drawers
Posted on by Brigitte in Uncategorized
So did you know junk drawers are THE in thing right now? Right up our alley! Most of you know from my book that a lot of items look like junk don’t they? Well, they don’t to me but to many they do. Another man’s junk is another’s man’s treasure! Never a truer saying.
I’m LOVING this junk drawer craze because if you’ll notice, the keyword “vintage” is one of the primary keywords in the title. It’s basically along the same lines as a “lot” that I also talk about in my book. What a great way to gather a bunch of stuff, throw in some key items that you can utilize for the keyword’s sake and list them for big bucks.
This is right up my alley really because as you know, items from thrift stores accumulate very quickly. Anything that hasn’t sold can be bunched up together and listed. Make sure you have something in the bunch that you can use a keyword for. For example, throw in a silver fork to use “silver” as a keyword. And old ring or un-matched gold earring? Throw that in there and use the word “gold.” I think you get the idea.
Look at these listings and you’ll get an idea of how it’s being done. This is a fun one with lots of potential!

Boy, I learn something new all the time, even as an experienced eBay seller! Who knew this stuff sells?? I could just go through people’s houses and gather up all the junk they’ve accumulated in their drawers over the years and make a pretty penny – LOL!
Thanks for the post and tip, Brigitte :0)

Wow, great idea, now I know how to get rid of the 50+ pocket knives I found in my dad’s stuff. Just doesn’t work on craigslist. Can’t wait to try.
